10 Way’s Life Is Like Playing A Game Of Chess

Because I was having trouble coming up with things without a frame today. (plz comment suggestion I know I at least 2 people see this) This will take more the form of wise(ish) chess analogies.

  1. In the beginning, you have all your pieces as the game progresses you are left with less and less
  2. Despite the number of pieces you have you can’t truly act until you move some of your pawns forward and as you lose them you gain more possible actions
  3. If you focus on developing one of your pawns and make some sacrifices you can make it into one of the most useful pieces in the game
  4. a better player can take advantage of the results of your actions before you are even aware of them
  5. Some people are just better at it than others
  6. You can learn to be better
  7. One of the best ways to learn is to practice scenario after scenario until you can quickly win from each one
  8. A computer can probably do your work better than you
  9. You can die/lose if you make a stupid mistake
  10. Games can be prolonged incredibly even when the end is obvious
  11. good players know when to give up early and try again
